Directions (Drops)
Take 10 drops (0.5mL) before each meal 3 times daily. Hold drops under tongue before swallowing. Do not eat or drink for 15 minutes after taking drops.
Directions (Maintain)
Adults take two (2) veggie capsules 2-3 times daily. For best results, take 30 minutes before each meal. Discontinue use if not well tolerated.

Do not use Drops if pregnant or breastfeeding. Drops contain 4mg of caffeine per 3mL. Drops contain potassium sorbate. Do not exceed 60 drops (3mL) daily.
